 Refunds
Unfortunately as a new business at this point of time with our items being made to be designed we cannot accept returns. We do hope to open returns as soon as possible as the business expands.
 UK Exchanges 

We do except exchanges on items brought from our website, If your order is not appropriate in terms of sizing or colour, then you can return the item in exchange for another item the same price. To complete this process, you can contact us via email to start the exchange process.

We do not except any exchanges or refunds on custom handmade orders placed through instagram direct message as they are specifically designed to your request. 

 All sale items are non exchangeable.

UK Exchange Policy 
Our exchange policy allows for a strict 14-day window for customers to contact us via email to initiate an exchange for their item. You will then have a further 14-day window to return the item to us from the date of the email. Kindly be informed that return postage is not covered by us. Any exchange requests made after this time frame will not be accepted. Items must be in the original condition they were received in. If an item is returned in a unsaleable condition (worn, used, damaged), we reserve the right to refuse exchange. 
 Ireland International Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns for exchange from outside of the uk due to customs charges.
 Credit Notes 

Please note, exchanges are given in the format of a credit note. Credit notes can be spent for up to 1 year after this is issued. The credit note will be sent to your email in which you have checked out to purchase the item. Please allow 7-10 days for this to be received from the day we receive the item back.
